When used on track days, the factory cooling limits are quickly reached. The electronics activate emergency operation until the water temperature is safe for the engine again.
Water cooler Race Step 2 for S65 engines for easy plug & drive installation
To effectively cool the S65 engine, we also have ours Water cooler Race, which we use for increased performance engines up to 450 hp, also the one Water cooler Race Step 2 developed, which we use for increased performance engines from 450 hp (for example for engines with our Clubsport Airbox or compressor engines).
Installing our Race and Race Step 2 water coolers is particularly uncomplicated because the coolers are equipped with holders for easy plug & drive installation.
The Water cooler Race Step 2 is thicker than the simple version (Step 1). In order to retain the plug & drive feature, this cooler is equipped with a particularly flat, high-performance fan.

For the extremely high-performance S65 engine, we offer another variant, our Race Step 3 water cooler, which can be used, for example, when assembling our Airbox Race is required to create sufficient space for suction by the kidneys.
