To convert from the electronic oil level display to the proven method using an oil dipstick, we have developed a mechanical oil measuring unit for the S65 engine. After installing our oil measuring unit, the oil level can be removed in the classic way using the S54 oil dipstick. The oil dipstick (BMW part number: 11437831140) is required to complete the job.
