For many years we have relied exclusively on the quality of INTRAX for our own racing vehicles and for our customers' trackday and racing vehicles. The individual production of each INTRAX chassis and the multiple setting options offer us the opportunity to set a very precise chassis setup and thus gain valuable seconds on the race track.

At the beginning of the 2000s, we became a development partner of INTRAX and were able to have a valuable influence on the development of racing suspensions through our multiple deployments on race tracks around the world. The result is a chassis that is perfect for us and which we can deliver tailored to all needs.

INTRAX suspension for trackday (1K2) and racing (4-way)

Only the highest quality materials are used to produce premium INTRAX shock absorbers - whether for the simple road suspension or for an XL racing suspension with all options.

INTRAX shock absorbers are equipped with a thermostat that controls and regulates the heat development in the shock absorber. This ensures optimal damper performance under different loads. The degradation of the chassis and tires during long and extreme use decreases.

Every INTRAX shock absorber is individually manufactured. Therefore, various information must be provided with the order, such as intended use (road, track day, which race tracks will be driven, rally or possibly combinations), which wheel/tire combination will be driven (type and sizes), other changes such as vehicle weight, different engine, racing cell etc.

In addition to height adjustment, this offers INTRAX 1K2 chassis the adjustment option for rebound and compression. To do this, simply turn the easily accessible adjustment knob. The tension and pressure are adjusted in the correct ratio using this button. This unique adjustment system enables quick and easy chassis adjustment to suit the route and driving style.

The lightweight 1K2 shock absorbers are thicker than simple shock absorbers from conventional offerings. They are also mounted upside down. This gives the chassis a high level of installation stability. Road contact and traction are improved.

The INTRAX 4-way chassis is the top product. A fully adjustable racing suspension that can be perfectly fine-tuned to suit the relevant race track and driving style. In this way, the vehicle becomes faster by another hundredth of a second per lap. Each setting is done separately and has no influence on other settings.

Both chassis, INTRAX 1K2 and INTRAX 4-way, can be ordered as XL chassis. XL version chassis are manufactured with extra thick shock absorbers (e.g. 62mm damper housing, instead of the 46mm damper housing from the standard M3 E92 chassis). Also installed upside-down, the chassis is extremely stable, especially when driving over curbs in fast corners. The INTRAX XL chassis is always equipped with the Black Titan option.

To install the INTRAX XL chassis, the steering knuckle must be converted; the chassis does not fit plug & play.

    Options for the INTRAX chassis

    INTRAX BMW Z4 GT3

The Black Titanium Coating the piston rods reduces the frictional heat that occurs under heavy loads. This extends the lifespan of the chassis and tires. The Black Titanium option is included with the INTRAX 1K2 XL and INTRAX 4-Way XL.

After years of development, INTRAX has found a way to drastically reduce unwanted rolling movements. With the option ARC The vehicle has the comfort and all other advantages of driving with “soft” springs. As soon as you go into a curve, have to brake hard or drive over a bump in the road, the ARC (Anti Roll Control) becomes active. Now the chassis behaves sportily and copes with these stresses without unwanted and time-consuming rolling movements. ARC should not be missing from any INTRAX racing chassis.

An INTRAX Spring rate adjuster offers the ability to adjust the spring rate as desired. In this way, the chassis can be used for very different race tracks without having to change the springs.

Optionally you can choose the INTRAX chassis Uniball cathedral camp can be ordered at the front. By using the aluminum dome bearings, unwanted movements caused by standard rubber dome bearings are prevented. Vehicle handling becomes more direct. A camber adjustment of up to a maximum of -2,5° is possible.

We use one of our BMW Z4 GT3 as a development vehicle.

    Enter INTRAX chassis

Due to the individuality of the INTRAX chassis, it is not possible to create reports for individual chassis. One chassis is rarely the same as another.
However, it is possible to have the INTRAX chassis registered as part of an individual acceptance test at our company in 37589 Kalefeld. Please use our contact options to discuss details.

    Revision of INTRAX chassis

In addition to sales, installation and coordination, we also offer the full service for INTRAX chassis revision.

If the chassis needs to be repaired, the chassis will be inspected by an expert. The regular overhaul for EUR 249,90 including 19% VAT per shock absorber is often sufficient. Please use our contact options to discuss details.
