In 2008, KTM introduced its interpretation of a street-legal supercar, the KTM X-Bow. The result is a sports vehicle reduced to the essentials with an extraordinary design that promises pure driving fun. Luxury, comfort and convenience have been foregone.
INTRAX Racing suspension for KTM X-Bow
For such a driving machine, a chassis from INTRAX Racing should of course not be missing in order to perfect the driving characteristics on every route. We offer an INTRAX racing suspension for KTM X-Bow in the well-known and proven versions 1K2 and 4-way. The chassis are equipped with extreme lightweight shock absorbers made from the highest quality materials to ensure maximum and consistent performance. This means we cover every need from the road to track day to racing vehicles.
Each INTRAX chassis is manufactured individually for the KTM X-Bow according to customer requirements, depending on the intended use and some other parameters. Registration of the INTRAX 1K2 and INTRAX 4-way suspension is possible via individual acceptance in our racing workshop (As of May 2016, subject to change).
INTRAX Racing 1K2 for KTM X-Bow
INTRAX 1K2 chassis are adjustable in rebound and compression and in height. The rebound and compression levels are conveniently adjusted using a button. This system enables simple and uncomplicated fine-tuning depending on the road surface and the driver's requirements. INTRAX shock absorbers are equipped with a thermostat that controls and regulates the heat development in the shock absorber. This ensures optimal damper performance under different loads. The degradation of the chassis and tires during long and extreme use decreases.
40mm lightweight aluminum shock absorbers are used at the front and rear for the KTM X-Bow.
INTRAX Racing 2K2 for KTM X-Bow
For the KTM X-Bow we can also offer our 2K2 system (rebound and compression stages can be adjusted separately). In this way, the chassis can be fine-tuned more individually.
INTRAX Racing 4-way for KTM X-Bow
The 4-way chassis is our top product. The shock absorber is fully adjustable across the entire range. What is unique about the INTRAX 4-way system is that all settings are made autonomously and do not affect other parameters. A 4-way shock absorber offers the best possible fine tuning. The 4-way shock absorber is equipped with a thermostat.

Black titan
During extreme continuous loads on the racetrack, a certain amount of heat develops due to constant stress. This leads to a reduction in the performance of the chassis and tires. To reduce this heat development, the 1K2 or 4-way chassis can be equipped with the Black Titan option. In this version, the shock absorber pistons are titanium coated. This measure creates less frictional heat and reduces wear on the chassis and tires.
ARC (Anti Roll Control)
Anti Roll Control is the name of the innovative technology ARC (Anti Roll Control) and is the latest development from INTRAX Racing. The INTRAX chassis with ARC reduces unwanted rolling movements when cornering quickly. This means the vehicle is even more stable on the road.
