Simply adjust tension and pressure using a button

The INTRAX RSA coilover suspension is a 2-way suspension, which, compared to the normal coilover suspension, is not only adjustable in height, but also in tension and pressure. These setting options enable individual settings for every use, from comfortable to sporty and hard. Using just one button, tension and pressure can be easily adjusted to the correct ratio. Adjustment instructions are included in the scope of delivery of the coilover kit.

INTRAX RSA chassis with thermostat for constant performance

Heat is generated when the chassis is subjected to high loads. This in turn causes the oil in the shock absorbers to become thinner and reduce chassis performance. Consequently, this leads to poorer driving performance.

Our shock absorbers INTRAX RSA coilover kit are equipped with a special thermostat. This thermostat controls and regulates the heat development in the damper. This means that the E30 chassis is significantly more resilient and is characterized by much better damper characteristics.

McPherson strut on the rear axle and up-side-down shock absorbers

For the best possible stability and performance of the coilover suspension, the separate suspension spring and shock absorber are replaced with a McPherson strut. This means that horizontal movements, for example, are better absorbed.

In order to generally stabilize the chassis, all shock absorbers are installed up-side-down. The larger volume thus achieved results in improved damper control.

Each chassis is manufactured individually

Before the chassis can be manufactured for the customer, information such as vehicle weight, engine size (weight on the front axle), cage or no cage, wheel/tire combination, tire type and intended use are required. If desired, the customer can receive their suspension in a sport-comfort setting, similar to the M-Technik suspension, or it can be built specifically for use in slalom, rally, Nordschleife, etc.
