Vehicle Description

The BMW Z4 GT3 competed in the world's most prestigious GT series: Blancpain Endurance Series, FIA GT1 World Championship, FIA GT Series, ADAC GT Masters, VLN/NLS, 24h Nürburgring, British GT Championship, Super GT Japan, and numerous national GT championships. Teams such as Schubert Motorsport, Marc VDS, Vita4One Racing, and BMW Motorsport itself achieved international success with the car – including podium finishes at Monza, Silverstone, Spa-Francorchamps, and on the Nürburgring Nordschleife. To this day, the Z4 GT3 enjoys cult status among GT3 enthusiasts.

Even long after its original homologation period, the BMW Z4 GT3 remains relevant in motorsport. Thanks to modern Historic and Legends series, these cars are currently experiencing a strong revival. Early GT3 cars are enjoying increasing popularity, particularly in Great Britain – including in the “GT3 Legends“-Series of Motor Racing Legends, featuring iconic vehicles such as the Ferrari 458 GT3, Mercedes SLS GT3 and BMW Z4 GT3 will be used again. In parallel, Z4 GT3s continue to appear at Nordschleife events, historic festivals and GT winter series, thrilling drivers and spectators alike with their unmistakable character and sound.

BMW Z4 GT3 – chassis number 1033

For sale is an original BMW Z4 GT3 E89 with chassis number 1033. The car was built in 2011 and competed in international GT racing. Its racing history is exceptionally well-documented, including original SRO Technical Passports, DMSB vehicle logbooks, technical inspections, event checks, and periodic scrutineering entries. Known starting numbers include 26 and 66.

Of particular note is the exceptionally good condition of the bodywork. It was completely stripped, then cathodic dip coating (KTL), and professionally repainted. As a result, the base is structurally sound, clean, and preserved for the long term – an extremely important factor for former GT3 race cars of this generation.
