As part of our performance-enhancing and thermal-reducing measures for the S65 engine, we have an effective one Clubsport manifold
Our Clubsport manifold achieves an additional output of around 19,86 kW (27 HP) / 22 Nm (in combination with our map optimization). The connections are manufactured so that common exhaust systems can be mounted on the manifold (e.g. series, Akrapovic, Eisenmann, BMW Performance, etc.).
A significant advantage is the reduction in engine temperature, which results from improved exhaust gas routing. In our test vehicles with Clubsport manifolds and our modified software, we were able to reduce the exhaust gas temperature below approx. 100° Celsius (compressor engine).
Our Clubsport manifold with an outer diameter of 44,5mm is suitable for vehicles with S65 engines.
